A Fuel-Efficient Car – Has It Been Actually So Difficult To Develop?

American auto producers have not given the US people the choice to acquire a fuel-efficient car, despite the world having beem embroiled in oil wars and being severely polluted. Consider how many people who were never given the choice would have been thrilled to have a car that was fuel-efficient?
